Meet Church's Traditional Butchers: Church's has been supplying the people of Epping with the highest quality raw and cooked meat products from England and Scotland since 1888 and we're delighted to have their meat counter in the Food hall.

Meet Dizzy Bee Kitchen: When Nicky Halloran couldn't find a granola all her family loved she made her own, and her tasty granola has won many fans and awards since then.

Meet Chiltern Cold-Pressed Rapeseed Oil: More than 150 years of farming knowledge goes into every bottle of this golden and omega-3 rich cold-pressed rapeseed oil - grown, pressed and bottled on the Mead family farm at the foot of the Chiltern Hills.

Meet Mrs North's Eggs: Our super-fresh eggs come from Mrs North's family farm near Ware in the marvellously-named village of Nasty, where the family has farmed for 60 years.

Meet the Saffron Ice-cream Company:  Founder Dom and his team make hand-crafted artisan ice-cream with ingredients sourced from local producers on the family farm in Saffron Walden.

Meet Spinney’s Harvest Honey: Only honey harvested their beehives located in the parishes of Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire goes into Spinney’s seasonable and sustainable honey.

Meet the Hertford Cake Company: Founder Sharon turned her back on her 9 to 5 job and starting baking cupcakes and celebration cakes in her home kitchen in 2015. Such is the demand now, she’s moved to a new production kitchen where she bakes and develops new flavours.

And last but by no means least, meet Spare Snacks:  Founder Ben's Mum refused to waste food and when grown-up Ben discovered 40-50% of edible fruit and veg goes to waste, he created Spare Snacks, delicious fruit and vegetable crisps made from rescued produce that otherwise would be thrown out.

Meet The 3 Brewers: This small micro-brewery makes beers on a picturesque farm on the St. Albans-Hatfield border using local ingredients and, wherever possible, fresh water from its own bore holes.

Meet Cardona & Son Spirits Company: Cardona & Son makes its Hitchin Honey Gin from raw honey from its own beehives so just by drinking delicious cocktails made with their spirits, we can all actually help to support the British honeybee!

Meet Punchy Drinks: Tasty fruit-based drinks made in Peckham from the best ingredients with no weird stuff added, supplied in plastic-free packaging. And did we mention, a percentage of their sales goes to charities dedicated to protecting the environment.
