Your satisfaction is very important to us.

We are so confident of the quality of our plants that we are happy to offer a no-quibble 5-year guarantee on all hardy* nursery stock.

Van Hage will replace or issue a credit note equal to the full value of any plant that fails to thrive within a period of up to five years, providing it has been properly cared for - all we ask is that you retain proof of purchase and the label.

This guarantee does not in any way, affect you statutory rights.

Please NOTE: Extreme climatic conditions may invalidate this guarantee.

* This guarantee excludes all seasonal plants such as bedding, annuals and tender nursery stock.
