How do I return items?
We guarantee to send you only top quality products and do our very best to package everything so that it arrives safely. If you do have a problem:

Where is my nearest store?
There are three Van Hage stores; Great Amwell, Chenies & Peterborough.

How much will P&P cost?
Deliveries are free to all mainland U.K. destinations when spending over £100. Under £100 there is a charge of £5.95, exceptions to this are for an order which contains only vegetable and flower seeds, which will be charged at £1.50, and an order for gift vouchers only which will be charged at £1.50 also.
What is a Wish List?
Wish Lists help you to let others know the things you would like to own from Van Hage. Friends and family can look at the list and use it to buy the perfect present for your birthday or any other special occasion.
To order a product online do I need to have an account?
No you don’t. All you need is to make sure all you information is entered correctly.
