Delivery

Please be aware that stated website delivery charges apply to ONLINE ORDERS ONLY and not to purchases made at either of our Amwell or Chenies stores.

  • Deliveries are free to all mainland U.K. destinations when spending over £100.
    Under £100 there is a charge of £5.95, exceptions to this are for an order which contains only vegetable and flower seeds, which will be charged at £1.50, and an order for gift vouchers only which will be charged at £1.50 also.

  • Orders should be delivered to you within 3 to10 working days of our order acknowledgement.
  • While every effort is made to deliver large purchases such as furniture and BBQ's within 10 working days, it may take longer. If a delivery is likely to be outside 10 working days you will be notified within 3 working days of your order acknowledgement.
  • Please note that all furniture (except folding products) are supplied in flat packed form unless otherwise stated.
  • We will deliver the goods to the address that you specify in your order. It is important that the address is accurate. Please be precise about where you wish the goods to be left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your instructions.
  • Please note that we do not deliver to destinations outside of the United Kingdom.
